There is plenty of evidence to show the benefits of mindfulness in coping with stress and other mental health issues. It is a deceptively simple concept but takes great effort to incorporate in our daily lives. I present here how I have used mindfulness to reduce stress and improve my clinical skills in various practical scenarios.
